¿Es el jugo de apio la nueva bebida milagrosa?

Desde las Kardashian hasta Gwyneth Paltrow, parece que el jugo de apio es la nueva bebida milagrosas del mundo, incluso para dar a conocer sus beneficios se creó una cuenta de instagram especializada.

El movimiento que incluso tiene ya su cuenta de Instagram @celeryjuicebenefits y reza que hay que tomar jugo de apio en ayunas para obtener resultados realmente milagroso.

Según estos adoradores del jugo de apio, lo ideal es empezar con 100 ml e ir aumentando hasta llegar a 500ml al día. Se debe tomar con el estómago vacío y esperar 15 minutos para tomar o comer algo más.
Según la cuenta de instagram esta ingesta ayuda a estabilizar los niveles de ácido clorhídrico en el estómago, alivia la inflamación, entre otros.

Cómo preparar 500ml de jugo de apio:

1. Conseguir un atado grande de apio
2. Lavar el tallo y cortar en piezas grandes.
3. Pasar por la juguera (si no tenés una licuadora o mixer sirve, pasalo por un colador de tela y listo)
